DJDaddy booking is a pretty simple thing to do. There is no fancy contract rider for a bowl of green M&M's or anything crazy. All booking is done through 8ohm. Most of this information is related to booking DJ Daddy as bar & nightclub talent. If your needs are a little different, get in touch anyway. This booking information is also generalized with the idea that DJ Daddy will only be needing his talent and music library to perform the event. Again, if you need more than that to make it happen, get in touch.

8ohm readily books events that require sound and light production. Depending on the size, location, and date of your event rates will vary. This information here is specifically related to booking DJDaddy. If your needs are beyond simply booking the talent, get in touch. We can help take care of that for you to.

DJDaddy doesn't require any real elaborate system or set up. Equipment requirements are discussed below. If you need equipment provided for your event we can make that happen to. Just get in touch.

All events require a contract and a deposit. No date is secured until the signed contract and deposit have been received in house. Dates fill up well in advance so plan ahead and get that contract signed and returned with your deposit quickly.

All travel expenses are the responsibility of the client; or can be paid to our company with the submission of the contract to arrange for travel to and from the event. DJDaddy's travel requirements are not hard to deal. We don't need gold-plated faucets are anything stupid.

8ohm strives to make it easy to book quality talent at a rate that is affordable for the client. We don't want to break the bank. We actually put emphasis on customer service - a very rare thing in this business.

DJDaddy's fees are very reasonable.

If you considered the many years of experience, the depth of knowledge and know-how, the magnitude of what DJDaddy brings to your event then that price tag would be astronomical. But the truth of it is, DJDaddy does this because he loves it. So the talent fees required for DJDaddy to play your venue or event are really quite reasonable.

DJDaddy does require professional grade DJ equipment to perform properly. Technic turntables, Pioneer CDJ's, professional mixers from Rane, Pioneer, Denon, Allen & Heath, etc. DJDaddy will run a mic during his show so he does require a Sure wireless system with an SM58 handheld mic (or better). Ample monitors are required for the DJ booth area. DJDaddy will not run any light show during his performance.

If video mixing is on the agenda then equipment requirements are slightly different. Get in touch for the best information.

DJDaddy actually prefers to use vinyl during his performance. So Technic 1200's are preferred. But professional turntables are becoming increasingly rare. And they can be troublesome to travel with. Pioneer CDJ's are perfectly acceptable.

DJDaddy is a Serato DJ so a Serato SL3 (or better) box, Rane Sixty-Eight or TTM57, or the space to set one up is required. We can bring this minor equipment with us at no charge if need be.

DJDaddy will bring his Serato library and laptop, headphones, and immense talent and undeniable skill set with him. Again, if you have an existing DJ booth with the appropriate equipment but no Serato set up, DJDaddy will bring an SL3 at no charge to the client.

If you don't have equipment at all, that's OK. Get in touch. We will work with you to make it economical.

With all of the years of experience and adventure as a professional nightclub entertainer, DJDaddy puts a high value on business relationships. We prefer to book multiple / recurring, dates with a client. Through the years we have developed many successful relationships in this business that allows us to continue our work; and allows DJDaddy to keep rocking the spot as other DJs fade away. Those relationships are very valuable to our business.

In the current state of affairs DJDaddy and the rest of the 8ohm crew have fingers in a lot of different pies. The availability of booking DJDaddy is effected by this. But don't let that worry you. We make every attempt to get you the dates you need. Last minute booking is not recommended, but send us that e-mail anyway and we will try our best to accommodate. Our other business ventures do require our time and attention. DJDaddy's availability is typically filled up well in advance.
